GDT CARD FOR ANYONE FOR ANYA!

Hi here's my GDT card for this week's AFA challenge.They have a recipe challenge for you this week which is 3 pieces of paper or card, 2 buttons and 1 bow.

And they have a fab prize from Tracy at Dies to die for which is Birthday anya so why not pop over HERE and check out the other fab Dt creations on show.

I have used Anya from the Miss Anya Dressy set and coloured her with polychromos. I also used paper's from the DCWV LA CREME stack which is absolutely gorgeous by the way and goes perfectly with these anya's i think.The buttons are papermania and the bow is a sizzix die which i embossed with my swiss dots embossing folder and ofcourse a card of mine would'nt be complete without a bit of handstitching lol.

CCT # 85 - PRIMARY COLOURS! AND QUIXOTIC CHALLENGE #1!

This week over at CCT they want to see you the Primary colours...Red,Blue and Yellow on your card's.So when the postie dropped my package from Quixotic Paperie through the letter box today I just had to join in, as the paper's from the Cosmo cricket Early Bird pad were perfect for this challenge.I'm also entering this card into the Quixotic challenge which is 'Birthdays'. I've used one of my fave cutie Tilda's...i love colouring her.I'm really pleased with this card as ive been struggling to make a decent card lately as my mojo had gone completely and felt like it was never coming back!!! :(

We're taking the boys to a firework display tonight...i'm hoping the weather is kind to us and the rain holds off unlike last year!It would'nt be so bad but when you have to look up to see the fireworks and the rain's pouring on your face and in your eyes, it kind of spoils the experience lol.Oh well atleast i can stay warm by the lovely big fire :)

BIRTHDAY CARD FOR SIS

Evening thought I'd share the card I made for my sister's birthday last week.She love's bag's and animal prints.My Mojo is still awol :( ...so i had a little craft splurge to hopefully kick start it :)

A COMMISSIONED CARD...

Hi everyone.Sorry not been around for a while,lost my mojo big time :(
I've been busy making christmas card's which I will show you all soon :) but in the meanwhile here's a card my cousin asked me to make for his friend steph who loves the film Twilight and this is what I came up with.I was really pleased with how it turned out as Ive not seen the film myself but think Ian looks a bit like Edward lol.

TMITA GDT CARD "HARVEST GEESE"

This week's TMITA challenge is brought to us by Curt.He wants us to use the image Nina has provided "Harvest Geese" and use pop dots of foam squares to make a 3-D element on your project "pop". I used to 3D foam squares to make my craftwork card's candy "pop" in the corners of the card.I really enjoyed colouring this image and am pleased with how it turned out. I think it would look lovely framed and given a s a gift.
